Visually Representing Facts and Statistics

At the TED Conference in Monterey in February 2006, this amazing presentation was given. "Debunking Myths about the Third World" dramatically shows that the world may not be quite what we think it is. The link has been making its way onto blogs and listservs. I'd like to know if anyone knows of people who have used the program for their own purposes.

I just caught that video this weeekend -- there's some amazing potential in that type of tool!

The TED stuff is pretty phenomenal. I wonder what they discuss that they don't share . . .
