Throughlines: Thinking: Standards

I like the work of Richard Paul, so I was intrigued by what Schauble would do with it.

What do you think about his comments as a way of thinking about standards? Can you imagine ways that we could use the criteria he's listed in this blog when we ask students to produce and consume texts? What connections might there be to multiliteracies?
